How often should preventive maintenance be performed on an industrial robot?
ABB, KUKA and FANUC robots require inspections every 3,000 to 10,000 operating hours depending on the model. At PAS Robotics we design a custom plan based on each robot's history and the manufacturer's recommendations.
How long does it take for a technician to arrive in case of a breakdown?
For customers under a maintenance contract, the target response time is 24 hours depending on the geographic area. For one-off interventions we arrange the visit as soon as possible.
Do you work on second-hand robots or only on new ones?
We service robots of any age and condition, from ABB S3 controllers up to OmniCore, including older generations of KUKA and FANUC.
Can you maintain our robots if we already have a contract with the manufacturer?
Yes. We act as an independent, complementary service. Many customers keep their manufacturer contract for newer models while using us for the rest of their fleet.
Which industrial sectors do you serve?
Automotive, food and beverage, logistics, ceramics, chemicals, electronics and general manufacturing. Any sector that operates ABB, KUKA or FANUC industrial robots.
How much does a maintenance contract cost?
The cost depends on the number of robots, brands, plant condition and geographic coverage. We prepare a personalised quote with no commitment after a free diagnosis.
Do you supply original or equivalent spare parts?
We supply both original spare parts from ABB, KUKA and FANUC and certified refurbished spares. In many cases a refurbished part lets production resume immediately while we source the original.
Do you operate outside Spain?
Yes. We have active operations in Spain, Portugal, France and Morocco, and the capability to operate in any country through certified local partners.
